My approach

Collaborative

I believe the planning and execution of research is best done in collaboration with the relevant team. Working with product managers and designers to scope and design research materials is essential to deliver meaningful research findings.

Curious

I am a curious individual who seeks to get to the heart of the users’ behaviours and pain points so we can design the right solutions. ‘Tell me why’ features heavily in every discussion I have with participants.

Communication

I believe it’s important to explore the business requirement for the research and how best to present and report the findings to match the stage of product development.

  • "Excellent standard of work completed. Clear and concise report provided on findings, including severity / impact assessment. Full, detailed report created to support findings presentation. Worked with developers post-findings to support resolution of issues identified. Would very strongly recommend working with Rachel if you're after user research, UX testing and usability assessments for your project!"
